Literature that bites back!

R. L. Royle

Rebecca Lee Royle has been writing fiction since the age of seven. Her first published novel, Lucy's Monster, was
released in April 2006 by Dog Horn Publishing to worldwide attention and critical acclaim. Her second novel, Eleven Terrible Months was released in October 2007 and also has gone on to be a hit with book readers worldwide.

Rebecca was born in Toronto, Canada in July 1982 but was raised—and still lives—in West Yorkshire, England. She attended Woodkirk High School but spent her days sneaking her writing into class and smoking in the toilets. By her own admission she was never the model student. Rebecca played drums in several punk bands while she was a teenager and left home at sixteen to live with friends. Now in her mid twenties, she is taking a year out to travel Europe, Asia, the US and Canada before writing her third publishable novel.
