All the links listed here are for sites and services that we recommend. It’s been tough for our little publishing house setting up and these people and businesses have shown us patience, politeness and above all, proof that there really is some genuine goodness out there in this harsh world of rainy days and inside-out umbrellas . . .

Fantastic copyediting service. Check out 'Without a dog' by Dog Horn friend and Strong Copy instigator, Julia Deakin. This is a spectacular collection of poems and we highly recommend it.
This independent Bradford-based company has been the answer to our prayers. Whether it’s printing, marketing, supplies or basically anything else you can think of; these cheeky chappies are the people to call.
Bookwell is the company that printed and bound Lucy’s Monster and Eleven Terrible Months. David, who runs Bookwell, is a star: always helpful and patient. Their quote was the best by miles and you only need to look at the book to see that how quality their work is.
Malcolm Harrison printed and bound Polluto Issue 1. They were the cheapest printer for our modest print run, and were very helpful to boot.

Being the chic, sophisticated bunch that we are, we love Tiger Tiger. We love the club, the bar, the grill, the lounge, the gorgeous staff, the alcoholic beverages and the fact that they’ve been shining gems to us. If you want to book a party; see these guys first. Check out our Launch Party page for more pics and details. We also have it on good authority that our lascivious, libertine editor seduced one of the barmen a while back . . .

You’ve got to check this band out! We are lucky enough to have them playing at our launch for Lucy’s Monster in April. They are regulars on BBC radio Leeds and have been chosen as one of the 15 bands in this year's Bright Young Things. The Gary Stewart Band are also through to the Final of the 'Barnardo's Battle of the Bands competition – and quite rightly so, we say!
This is a brilliant website dedicated to writers and writing. There are also sneaky interviews with R. L. Royle and Adam Lowe on there.
For the collector in you, visit doodledbooks for some great deals on rare books, merchandise, proofs etc. Excellent independently run website.
Ah, the daddy of the internet. In comparison we’re its pet gerbil, but we don’t care. Amazon is the place that book lovers go. Check out their lists, have a browse at their MASSIVE library of books and hey, you can even write a review about one of our books if you want!

This is a gorgeous get-away break in central France that we highly recommend you consider if you fancy getting away from it all (as we do!). We first saw Doug and Denise Daniel turn Chez Jallot into a luxury b&b from a pile of ruins on Grand Designs Abroad, and were so captivated by it we decided to go. Have a look, you may find yourself doing the same!
This is a fabulous website featuring the photographic art of Dave Sander. We met photographer Dave after he snapped a whole host of quirky and dark images of R L Royle for his forthcoming exhibition. His website shows off just what this guy can do with people, objects, scenes and movement! Either click on this link or check out ‘Our Athours > R L Royle > Exhibition Images’ to preview his work and read a short press release.
